What direct build means
Direct build means stem + ending = surface form. Module 01 keeps selected stems and spelling rewrites out of the main lesson.

Type I vs Type II
Module 01 uses two ending families. Learn to recognise which family the verb belongs to before you answer.
- Type I: -ю / -ешь / -ет / -ем / -ете / -ют
- Type II: -ю / -ишь / -ит / -им / -ите / -ят
